Your medication can be ordered from the surgery in the following ways:

We are now using electronic prescribing so the prescription can now go to a pharmacy of your choice (please state which pharmacy upon request), otherwise it can be kept at the surgery for collection.

Please complete our Register for Electronic Prescribing form if you wish to use this service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, practice nurse or health care assistant at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

If you have been asked to complete a medication review, please visit our Health Review and Assessment Clinic.
